He is wonderful with my clients, relaxed can calm in his explanations, making bad news about homes seem less frightening by being realistic and factual. He is the BEST!

Tony was fabulous! Walked us through the entire house, talked through cosmetic vs. required repaires. He was so helpful and informative, friendly and we'd recommend him for anyone's home!

John Haley inspected our home and did an incredible job. He was extremely thorough, professional and detailed. I appreciated how John gave us an overview of what he would be doing prior to starting. He explained everything that he noticed and answered all of our questions completely. I’d recommend John for any future home inspections!

I got a home inspection done with Chuck and it was a very smooth and informative process!! Chuck was very helpful in explaining everything he was going to do, the kinds of things I should be on the lookout for, concerns he noticed during the inspection, and pointing out important information like where the main water shut off was. It was also easy to reach him after getting the report to ask some clarifying questions and recommendations on fixes. The inspection report was very thorough and detailed and included many pictures and information about the appliances and systems in the house that would’ve taken more work to find out myself. Overall I’m very satisfied with this service and would certainly use and recommend Chuck again!!

Recently went with Security Home Inspections for the purchase of my home. They were quick to respond with a quote and schedule the inspection.
John, my inspector, showed up on time and through the inspection process was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and point out every detail he thought would be helpful.

Honestly, this company has amazing customer service. Huge shoutout to Dan C.! I had a follow up question, I called the company and within the same day I had an answer. They are fair on pricing, and work with you to get things scheduled (I had to delay quite a few times due to builder) will use going forward for sure!

Braden was very professional. He was also very personable. He knew what he was doing and seemed to go above and beyond what was expected. We were all very pleased with the job he did. The report he generated was excellent and very informative. Highly recommend.
